Before Repair
- 1.How long will the repair take?
Generally it takes 7-10 working days after receiving the delivery.
- 2.What components or accessories do I need to include?
You only need to send back the parts that need to be tested or faulty parts. Please do not return memory cards unless specifically requested.
- 3.How can I apply for repair service if there is no serial number for the accessories?
If you need to ship the accessories, please fill in the serial number of the camera.
In Repair
- 4.How can I get repair service?
If the product fails to perform the guaranteed functions during the warranty period, please email us at support@labpano.com for the appropriate after-sales service. In some areas, Labpano may not provide after-sales service, and the content of the after-sales service policy may differ from location to location.
- 5.Where shall I get the address to return the camera?
Please email us at support@labpano.com or through the Facebook Messenger @Labpano to get the instructions to have the camera returned.
After Repair
- 6.Do I need to pay for the shipping costs?
During the warranty period, the product is tested for non-human damage caused by camera quality, and we cover the shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the damage is caused by human factors during the warranty period. After the warranty period has expired, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- 7.Are there any requirements for the courier company for self-shipping?

- 8.What should I do if I have questions about the repair quotes?
Please email us at support@labpano.com for further information.
- 9.Can I modify the shipping information?
If the repaired item has not yet been shipped, please email us at support@labpano.com to update your information.
- 10. Is the maintenance invoice sent together with the maintenance product? If not, when will it be fixed?
Under normal circumstances, the maintenance invoice will be sent out within 15-30 working days after the work order is completed. If you still do not receive it, please contact the official customer service for confirmation.
