Submit a repair service request via service@labpano.com: Describe the problem and S/N NO. with your product, fill in your personal information.

Ship your product

You'll receive an email with shipping instructions after submitting your information. Follow the instructions to send the product to our service center. Inform the shipping company and tracking number via service@labpano.com to help us track and follow your return package.

Assessment and repair

The Labpano Service Center will assess your product and repair the product under warranty or send you a repair quotation if additional fees apply.

Receive your product

The Labpano Service Center will ship the repaired product back to your address and inform you the shipping company and tracking number via email. Please confirm via email service@labpano.com once you receive it.
